Instructions to make Bolognese:
- Heat oil and stick butter in pan
- In food processor pulse into prices onion, carrot, celery with leaves cook in pan with oil and butter
- Add salt, pepper, nutmeg cook until onion are translucent. Add red wine let cook for a few minutes
- Add ground beef,cook till brown (this is the best time to taste test and add more seasoning at this time)
- Add marina sauce to meat mixture and heat, add salt if needed and add basil, Parmesan cheese let simmer.
- Serve over Al denti noodles and sprinkle more parmesan over top
